Happy New Year!
The first graders will start the New Year in math working on identifying equivalent forms of the same number and writing sums to 20. The children will work on adding three one-digit numbers and math families.

In Social Studies we will define different kinds of communities as places where people interact as they live, work, and play.

Welcome!

Welcome!
The kindergartners and first graders are off to a great start!

In kindergarten all the letters, and the first vocabulary words, have been introduced. In math the students are learning to graph and repeat patterns.

The first graders are working hard on memorizing the basic math facts to eight. They are writing sentences and learning about the naming and telling part of a sentence.
